Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Meridian runs daily bus routes from 14 surrounding communities, including Lexington, Bedford, Burlington, Waltham, and Arlington. Bus service is billed separately from tuition. Email transportation@meridianacademy.example for current routes and stops.

Current families are always welcome at the Main Office, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. For a meeting with a teacher or administrator, please schedule at least one business day ahead. Prospective families can visit on Open House days and private tours (Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 AM).

Mid-year applications are considered when space is available. The process is the same as for fall entry: a student visit, school records, and teacher recommendations. Call the Admission Office at (781) 555-0148 to ask about current openings.

Please report an absence through the parent portal or call the attendance line at (781) 555-0150 before 8:30 AM. For planned absences, email your child’s advisor or homeroom teacher at least two days in advance.

Yes. Extended Day for Kindergarten through Grade 8 runs from 7:30 AM until 6:00 PM, before and after the school day, with supervised homework time, outdoor play, and enrichment clubs. Upper School students can stay for athletics, clubs, and study hall until 6:00 PM.
